God
has given a purpose to First Baptist Church of Brazoria: "to
glorify God by enabling believers to become fully committed disciples
and equipping them to impact the world with the redeeming love of
Jesus Christ". But this purpose cannot be accomplished in our
own strength. Our only hope is in the sufficiency and strength that
comes from the outpouring of God's Spirit upon us.
